ReceiptClaim Support

ReceiptClaim reads itemized receipts, lets people claim their items, and produces a cent-perfect settlement.

A receipt was not recognized

• Place the whole receipt on a flat, contrasting surface.
• Use bright, even light and avoid glare or shadows.
• Hold the camera parallel to the receipt and make sure the text is in focus.
• For long receipts, choose a clear full-resolution photo rather than a messaging-app screenshot.
• You can always paste recognized text or add items manually.

Language support

Photo recognition in version 1.0 is optimized for Latin-script receipts. CNY and JPY remain available for manual or pasted entry, but Chinese and Japanese photo text may require correction.

The total does not match

Review item prices, quantities, tax, tip, discount, and rounding. ReceiptClaim keeps questionable OCR lines visible and does not hide reconciliation errors.

Delete a saved draft

Choose New and confirm Start over. You can also remove all local data by uninstalling the app.

Supported currencies

USD, CNY, EUR, GBP, JPY, PHP, IDR, MYR, and SGD. ReceiptClaim does not convert currencies; each receipt uses one currency.
